Definition:
The written ethical code is the formulation of an organization's norms and opinions (opinions related to behavior requirements, thoughts) in which it tries to describe "how they will perform their duties," with special consideration for "unacceptable actions within the organization." In other words, the ethical code attempts to record the moral norms of the organization.
The code defines the values on which the organization's strategy and operations are based, and provides guidelines for conflict resolution. It articulates clear and explicit expectations and includes principles and rules of conduct expected from all employees of HÉFAL Ltd.
It is a collection of internal rules aimed at creating a unified workplace outlook and fostering harmonious human relationships.
